Refund Policy – Art by Jearelyn

Thank you for choosing Art by Jearelyn. Each print and piece is created with care and attention to detail. While I do my best to ensure your order arrives safely, I recognize that issues can sometimes occur. Please review my updated refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following situations:

Faulty product: If your print arrives with significant defects or flaws that were present before shipping (e.g., misprints, major quality control issues), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect order: If you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately for assistance.

  • Important: While I carefully package all orders to prevent damage, Art by Jearelyn is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or transit. I recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and contacting the courier if there is visible damage to the parcel.

Reporting Issues

You must contact Jearelyn within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.

For faulty or incorrect items, please include photos of the item and packaging in your email to help me assess the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

I do not offer refunds or returns for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling, accidents, exposure to water or heat).
  • Shipping damage (as noted above).
  • Original artwork – All sales of original paintings are final.

Return & Refund Process

If your issue qualifies under my policy:

  1. Email info@artbyjearelyn.com with your order number, a detailed explanation, and supporting photos.
  2. I will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, I’ll either:
    • Ship a replacement (if available), or
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several days to reflect in your account.
