Shipping Policy – Art by Jearelyn

At Art by Jearelyn, I take great care in ensuring that your artwork is packaged securely and delivered in a timely manner. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

General Shipping Information

All orders are shipped based on the estimated delivery time provided at checkout.

While I strive to meet all estimated timelines, shipping times may vary due to external factors including, but not limited to, supplier delays, postal service issues, weather conditions, or customer-related delays.

Full payment for shipping is required before your order can be dispatched.

You are not required to return items unless otherwise stated, but any return must comply with my official Refund Policy.

Shipping for Commissions

For custom commissioned artwork, the following shipping terms apply:

Local Delivery (Montreal):
If you are located within the Greater Metropolitan Area of Montreal, delivery will be arranged in person or made available for local pickup at a mutually agreed-upon location.

National & International Shipping: For clients outside of Montreal, the commissioned piece will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Fees: client are responsible for all shipping costs, including any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees based on your location and local regulations.

Packaging & Responsibility: The artist will ensure that the artwork is safely and securely packaged. However, Jearelyn is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact her within 48 hours in line with my refund policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.
